Full Pet Policy
No pet of any kind shall be kept or harbored on Hotel property unless the guest has completed the required pet registration process and obtained approval from the Hotel in advance of the stay. The Hotel reserves the right to revoke permission at any time for good cause reasonably given.
Where permission is granted, the following rules and conditions shall apply:
A non-refundable $55 pet registration and cleaning charge per stay is required. The maximum number of pets permitted is one (1) pet per guest room or cabin. Pets are not permitted in rooms or areas designated as non-pet accommodations. Pets are not allowed in cabin 4.
A fine of up to $100 will be enforced for any unregistered pet found on the property.
Any pet harbored on the property must be gentle, well-domesticated, peaceful in nature, and must not present a threat or danger to guests, staff, or other animals. Pets with vicious, aggressive, or objectionable behavior are strictly prohibited. Pets with a history of biting a person may be denied accommodation.
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times when outside the guest room, unless in a secure, enclosed area approved by the Hotel. Pets may not be left unattended in any public or common area.
Pets are not allowed the hotel pool area at any time.
If a pet causes disruption, excessive noise, or becomes objectionable to other guests or staff, the guest agrees to comply immediately with any request by the Hotel to return and take corrective action. If the issue cannot be resolved, the Hotel may require removal of the pet from the premises.
Guests are fully responsible for the prompt removal and proper disposal of pet waste in all indoor and outdoor areas. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests and maintain sanitary conditions at all times.
Guests accept full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet to hotel rooms, furnishings, landscaping, or other property beyond routine housekeeping. Any such damage must be reported promptly to Hotel management and may be charged to the guest.
Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners, agents, and employees from all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to personal injury, property damage, or other claims caused by the guest’s pet.
If a pet is determined, in the Hotel’s reasonable discretion, to pose a safety risk, cause ongoing disturbance, or violate this policy, the Hotel reserves the right to require immediate removal of the pet from the premises.
Failure to comply with this Pet Policy shall be deemed a material violation of Hotel rules and may result in additional fees, removal of the pet, or termination of the guest’s stay without refund.
