  • We offer a fully digital check-in experience — no front desk needed. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive access to our guest app which has everything you need for arrival and your stay.

  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • We're dog-friendly! There's a $50 pet fee per stay, and a maximum of one pet per cabin. Please note that pets are not permitted in Cabin 4.

  • Yes — ESAs are welcome. Please note they are not classified as service animals under ADA guidelines, so our standard $50 pet fee applies. One pet per cabin maximum.

  • Yes, all cabins are equipped with both heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations or changes to reservations. We recommend confirming your plans before booking.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit cards, and cash.

  • Yes! The pool is heated to 85°F for most of the year. During snow days or severe weather, heating may be temporarily paused.

  • The pool is open daily from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

  • The sauna and cold plunge are available daily from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

  • Instructions and how-to videos are available in your digital guest app.

  • Pickleball hours are 9:00 AM until sundown. Please note the courts may be closed December through April due to snow — we recommend checking with us before booking if this is important to your stay.

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM in line with Riverside County ordinance. We ask all guests to be respectful of fellow guests and neighbors.

  • We have 16 parking spaces across two locations:

    • Cabins 1–4: Park on Fern Valley Road (8 spaces)

    • Cabins 5–11: Park on Tahquitz Road (8 spaces)

    Please do not park on the street or block neighboring properties.

  • Our Tesla chargers are currently out of service. In the meantime, EV charging is available at the Brew Pub in town.

  • All cabins with kitchens are fully stocked with cookware, silverware, baking sheets, and essential kitchen tools. Basic spices (salt and pepper) are included. Food is not provided.

  • We provide fresh linens, towels, pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper.

  • Yes — we've partnered with Pharos Gym to offer all guests complimentary access during their stay. You'll receive an entry code upon booking.

  • We don't currently have a backup generator, though installation is underway with completion expected in early 2026. Each cabin is stocked with flashlights in the meantime.

  • Yes, but please contact us for approval before booking three or more cabins.
